CDS(II) 2012 Written Exam Results Declared

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results for the written test of the Combined Defence Services Examination (II)-2012 .

The results are available on the UPSC website – http://www.upsc.gov.in or on http://www.examresults.net/upsc/

The exam was held by the UPSC in September 2012.

A total of 9833 candidates have cleared the written part of CDS (II) – 2012 and they will have to appear for the interview conducted by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence.

The interviews will be held for admission to (i) Indian Military Academy,
Dehradun 135th Course commencing in July, 2013 (ii) Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala Course commencing in July, 2013 (iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course for 194th F(P) Course commencing in July, 2013 (iv) Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai 98th SSC Course (for Men) commencing in October, 2013 and (v) Officers’
Training Academy, Chennai, 12th SSC Women (Non-Technical) Course commencing in October, 2013.

Any information regarding the examination or the recruitment process can be availed from UPSC’s Facilitation Counter, either in person on working days between 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM or over telephone. The numbers are: 011-23385271, 011-23381125 and 011-23098543 Also the UPSC website http://www.upsc.gov.in contains all the key details pertaining to the exam.

The UPSC conducts CDS exams twice a year for admission to the training academies of Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and Indian Army which then churn out brilliant officers for the Indian defence services.

CDS(I) 2012 Written Exam Results Declared

The exam was held by the UPSC in February, 2012.

A total of 10,815 candidates have cleared the written part of CDS (I) – 2012 and they will have to appear for the interview conducted by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence.

CDS II Results Published

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced  Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2010  results (Sept, 2010) and can be viewed from UPSC site:  http://www.upsc.gov.in/whatsnew.htm

Successful candidates will be called to attend SSB interviews held by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence for admission to the 131st Course of Indian Military Academy, Dehradun; Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course i.e. 190th F(P) Course. Written Result- NDA & NA (II) Exam 2010

Written Result- NDA & NA (II) Exam 2010 published.
Qualified candidates have to appear for Interview by the Services
Selection Board (SSB)of the Ministry of Defence for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of
the National Defence Academy for the 126th Course and Naval Academy for the 88th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 30th June, 2011.
